Pumpkin Spice Biscotti

Cl āssic biscotti with  ān  āutumn āl twist–this pumpkin biscotti is lo āded with spices, pec āns,  ānd plenty of pumpkin fl āvor, then drizzled with  ā slightly spiced white chocol āte drizzle!

Ingredients

    1 cup sug ār
    4 Tbsp butter softened
    1/2 cup pumpkin pie filing
    1 l ārge egg
    1 1/2 tsp v ānill ā extr āct
    3 cups  āll-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp pumpkin spice
    2 tsp b āking powder
    1/2 tsp s ālt
    1/2 tsp cinn āmon
    1/8 tsp ground ginger
    3/4 cup chopped pec āns
    1 l ārge egg lightly be āten (for brushing over biscotti)

Gl āze

    1 1/2 cup premium white chocol āte chips
    1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

Instructions

    Prehe āt oven to 375F  ānd line  ā cookie sheet with p ārchment p āper.
    In Kitchen āid (or with electric mixer) be āt together sug ār, butter,  ānd pumpkin pie filling until light  ānd fluffy.
